The Ask

Makara approached us with a clear ambition: to build a strong, distinctive brand rooted in heritage and symbolism. The brief centred on creating an identity that felt authentic to Makara, with a bespoke logo inspired by the Makara sword, while remaining modern, credible, and event-ready.What we did We brought the brand to life from the ground up, designing the logo and a complete branding system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. This extended into the design and print of business cards, event flyers, banners, and posters, alongside the creation of social media content and promotional reels to support their launch. To establish Makara’s digital presence early, we set up the brand domain and email, including a custom email signature, and designed and launched a holding page ahead of the full website build.

The Result

Makara’s debut event, the Indian Arms Expo in London, was met with a strong turnout and positive engagement, helping position the brand as professional, confident, and well-established from day one. The foundations are now firmly in place for Makara’s continued growth.
Working with PS Media was an incredible experience from start to finish. I needed a brand designed that reflected my vision and to work with a designer I could easily communicate with.
